By accessing or using MockLangTest ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

MockLangTest provides AI-powered practice tests for language proficiency exams including CELPIP, IELTS, and others. The Service includes practice tests, AI grading, and score tracking.

Important: MockLangTest is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Paragon Testing Enterprises (CELPIP), British Council (IELTS), or any official test provider. AI-generated scores are for practice purposes only and do not predict official test results.

3. User Accounts

You may create an account using Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You may not create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits.

4. Free and Paid Tiers

The Service offers free practice with limited AI grading credits, and paid subscription tiers (Pro, Power) with additional credits. Subscription terms, pricing, and credit limits are displayed on the upgrade page.

Subscriptions renew monthly. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period. Unused credits do not roll over.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use automated tools to access the Service at scale
Create multiple accounts to obtain additional free credits
Share account credentials with others
Attempt to reverse-engineer the AI grading system
Submit content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights

6. AI Grading Disclaimer

AI-generated scores are approximations for practice purposes. They may not reflect your actual performance on official exams. MockLangTest makes no guarantees about score accuracy or official test outcomes.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. MockLangTest is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, incorrect grading, or service interruptions.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
